I started working out since I was in high school almost from 6 years. I have my own schedule of training every day I train specific group of muscles. I am grateful for the strength and beauty of my hard working body.
I believe that “You are the way you live” which means if you eat clean and healthy food, workout, walk and be active every day that can definitely help you to live healthier, stronger, longer and happier.
The reason behind choosing this title for my website is because I am passionate about fitness and healthy lifestyle.
Exercise is good for so much more than just weight loss. According to health line website, there are many benefits of regular exercise such as, it makes you feel happy and reduces stress levels, anxiety and depression, relieving pain, strong muscles and Bones, help with relaxation and sleep quality. On the other hand, there are many risks of not exercising. For example, loss of flexibility, increased risk of certain cancers, and depression.
My advice to all of you is to start think seriously about your physical and mental health and the benefits of exercise because that will inspire you to stick on your healthy lifestyle plan. Just have a fresh air walk for 30 minutes every day and reduce your consumption of junk and sugary food can make a great difference. There are many types of exercise; Aerobic exercise, Strength training, Stretching, and Balance exercises. Remember that you get what you work for.
